VIP Meet and Greet Service

We are delighted to inform you that we can offer complete a new service "VIP Meet and Greet Service" at Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. To have a smooth and stress-free airport arrival / departure experience, be sure to book with our VIP Services.

Luxury cars with English-speaking driver are available.

ARRIVAL

Upon arrival to the airport, a Meet & Greet agent will be waiting on the aerobridge, escort them and their bags all the way through to their ground transport. This service includes an escort through immigration using the fastest available lines.

Please note that for the arrivals service, our agents are strictly not allowed to touch the bags in the baggage area before they are checked past the customs officers. Travelers will also have to accompany their bags as they pass through the customs inspection area. Our agent will of course assist with all bags that have passed customs inspection. They will pull and suitcases, push a trolley and /or will load bags into the car.

DEPARTURE

Upon arrival to the airport, a Meet & Greet agent will greet passengers at the curb side and assist with their baggage.

They are taken to check in and assisted with boarding passes and any baggage issues. All designed to provide you with a smooth and safe passage through the airport. Finally, they are taken to their airline lounge or direct to their departure gate.
